"The first time I saw Stomplight I had to have a Trio. This is one very smart idea - the lighting is top notch and the form factor allows it to be easily used in any live performance or studio situation. I’m using my StompLights in conjunction with our our larger light system on large shows as well as on my smaller gigs. I also use these in my home studio - great club like atmosphere. Love me some StompLights!"

"I’m really impressed with StompLight for shrinking down stage lighting into a package working musicians can deal with and afford. Easy carry, quick setup, and cool creative options that let an artist highlight the music, and just make a stage feel more fun. An innovative product that actually works—not to mention, it’s made by a really solid crew of folks. StompLight rocks!"

Sound on Sound Magazine

Sound on Sound Magazine

"The StompLight has the advantage of being very compact and tough, yet is easy to use...The lights themselves produce a nicely diffuse illumination capable of providing a colour wash over a wide area, unlike some multi-colour LED lights that act more like spotlights. As well as producing a more even lighting effect, the lights are less likely to dazzle than those that produce a narrow beam.

The footswitches allow quick changing between modes or colours during performance and that hinged lid is stiff enough to stay in place once you’ve set the optimum lighting angle. In fact the only thing I don’t like is the reliance on an external power adaptor. In comparison with LED ‘cans’, the StompLight can seem a little pricey, but if you need a simple and compact way to make your gigs look better, it is a great solution."

"It seems like such an obvious idea – the upsides are clear for all to
see – you’d assume that folks must have developed this sort of thing
decades ago: A versatile, portable, sturdy lighting effects rig that
musicians and artists can control with ease via foot-controlled
peripherals, just like stomp box effect pedals."

"In my studio, I used the DMX Pro to light the left side of the control room and monitor speaker and the Pal for the right side and its monitor speaker. My studio is small--only 112-inches wide so I had great coverage even with the brightness control halfway. I like the reaction I get from clients and students when I surprise them at some point during their session. Great fun and it always breaks up the seriousness of the proceedings sometimes.

I think this is a great product and useful in all sorts of ways for parties, music venues, nightclub/bar lighting and much more."
